The Perfect Brownie Baking Pan, aka The Slice Solutions Brownie Pan has both its friends and its detractors. Honest Infomercial Reviews took it on recently, and their findings were mixed, although they did end up giving it thumbs up.
You can read their entire review at the link above. To summarize, you still need to spray with oil, they’re kind of expensive ($20 at the site below), and some people experience batter leaking. BUT, they make incredible brownies, the squares come out perfect perfect perfect, and the bottom tray pops out too to make serving even easier.

Well I used the perfect brownnie pan 3 times. The 1st two times went wonderful. I sprayed each pieces and preheated the pan like it said. 1st two times they came out wonderful. This third time I had to pry the browniess off. They were not over cook , did nothing different. Haven’t damaged the pan but some how they didn’t come out well. I’m not sure what webt wrong. I will try one more time but after that pan is gone.

I found this review on another site, thought it might be helpful to others. I know I will be trying it this way.
I bake mine at 300 for 50mins. They bake perfectly even throughout. Very important thing to remember, spray each piece with non stick spray before baking and heat the pan in the oven for about 5mins prior to pouring in the batter. It keeps the pan from leaking at the bottom.
Peace!

I was thinking of buying one of these pans but now I’m not sure.
I guess if I can buy it at a store I can always take it back and get my money back.

This product is SO BAD, that I really wonder if the positive reviews are by shills for the company!
1) the pan leaks UNLESS you line it in foil because of the removable bottom. Who wants to try to form foil to the edge of a pan every time you use it?
2) You will use about a quarter of a can of baker’s spray every time you use it, because EVERY surface of the divider needs sprayed or the brownies stick like glue; that gets expensive if you use the Crisco spray with flour.
3) the pan is only 11X7! I love Betty Crocker dark chocolate brownie mix, but with this pan, you have too much batter for the small pan, so you end up throwing batter away or end up with it oozing over the edge and making a mess in your oven.
I don’t know if Wal-mart would have taken it back used, w/o a receipt, but mine went out in the trash after two attempted uses. Big mistake to buy this.

I got the brownie pan for Christmas. I want to make some brownies in it today, but I don’t know what temp to cook them at. Do I still cook them at the temp the box says? I read the entire booklet that came with the pan, and it doesn’t give any instructions for the box mixes you can buy. I would appreciate any feedback I can get. Thanks!

This product is horribal! I must say they have a great advertising team becuase I fell for it! But the product is far from perfect! They always get stuck in the dividers and the middle brownies never come out right! I have tried using different types of brownie mixes, using different temperatures and lengths of time but they always turn out the same stuck to the dividers and gooey in the center. I rate this product 1 out of 10. Do not buy it!

I got the brownie pan for christmas and just used it for a cake. The sections baked over the top so I may not be able to get them out.If I get them out how am I suppose to frost? If not, this thing is going to Good Will! yep, its outta here. Not worth the trouble, I’ll use a regular 9×13 and a good old fashioned knife!

I bought a Perfect Brownie Pan at Office Depot last night. I was so happy to see it! I have seen the commercials but refuse to pay p&h, so was thrilled to just pay $20. I made my first batch as soon as I got home and it was super easy and worked exactly like the commercial said it would. It made 18 perfect brownies! The middle ones do not have the crusty edge, which is good because some in my family prefer the soft edges and some don’t. I plan to buy another pan tomorrow! I do a lot of baking for my kids’ sports teams and to be able to bake 36 perfect brownies so quickly is going to be great. I had no problem with the batter leaking. I did put the pan on a cookie sheet, but had no leakage. I don’t understand the complaints of some on this site who say it’s too small. It makes 18 brownies from a 9×13 pan. I think that’s very reasonble!

I bought this pan after seeing it on tv all through the Christmas season. I don’t understand why some people have issues with the batter not fitting from a regualr size box of brownie mix. Mine turned out perfectly!! I didn’t pay attention to the time they cooked in favor of lightly touching the tops to check for gooeyness. I am at this very moment cooking corn bread in it and look forward to it!!! Also, I want to try instant cheesecake mixes…I Love this pan so much I made a fan group on facebook!!!

Has anyone considered spraying a couple of old aluminum ice trays with aluminum dividers? Much cheaper if that would work.
