Simply add oil and vinegar to the pre-measured marking son the carafe. Toss in some fress herbs. Set to chop & mix, and you have your very own vinaigrette or marinade in seconds. The carafe detaches to be taken easily to the table. The gadget comes with a book of 20 recipes.
