We’ve all seen those crappy pasta pot infomercials. This is really not that. Designed by Alain Ducasse and Patrick Jouin, the "Pasta Pot" changes the way you make pasta – completely.
- Put dry pasta in pot, saute if you wish
- Add sauce ingredients to pot
- Add water or broth, gradually
- Cook with the specially designed cover on, stirring ocassionaly
That’s it. All done, in one pot. In the same time it would take to boil your pasta the traditional way. Plus, since the pasta stays in the pot, the starch naturally thickens the sauce.
