The new All-Clad Griddle, available only at Williams Sonoma (& designed in co-ordination with them), was engineered for supreme breakfast performance. With two heating elements bonded to the nonstick aluminum cooking surface, the griddle heats up extra quickly.
The two heat zones are independent, so you can control them separately. Meaning you can cook two foods with different heat levels, or heat on one side and warm on the other. Comes with a detachable splatter guard, a dishwasher-safe drippings tray & an extra-large cooking surface.

The All clad griddle looks great has an extra cooking cookware. I like that it has 2 seperate cooking elements so you can adjust the temperatures differently for seperate foods. This will be a great benefit wheni cook several foods.
