Anti-Griddle Flash Freezer

Polyscience has developed the Anti-Griddle – a home-sized flash freezer. It contains cooking coils just below the surface that quickly chill foods down to -30°F. Just like with a cooktop, you cool the foods on top of the griddle.

You can experiment with this gadget, flash freezing in entirety or partially any food you want – like taking crème anglaise and creating a lollipop, or smoothies into yummy frozen treats. Chocolates, creams, fruity toppings – endless fun. Foam hot chocolate then freeze, yum! Read more here.

Here’s a video of the development and use of the anti-griddle:

  2. What is the MSRP on the anti-griddle and are there different models? This is a serious inquiry.
