Today’s Question: The battle between margarine and butter is never ending – there are people who swear by one or the other. But do they have the same amount of calories?

Answer to Yesterday’s Question: Brownies are amazing. It’s not even lunchtime yet, and I could eat several brownies right now. But will a brownie push your diet over the edge? It will take you about 50 minutes of jogging to burn off a small (six-ounce) brownie. Today that sounds worth it to me.
