It looks and sounds a bit weird, I’ll admit. This is called a Chicken Rocket – and it’s used to flavor cook chicken on the BBQ.
Easy to use: fill the centre with water, wine, or stock and maybe some herbs, toss the chicken in, and put on the grill (or even the oven). The chicken will cook from the inside out and the moisture effectively steams your chicken. Yum.
