This branch-y alien-ish contraption is a decanter. Yes, for wine. It wouldn’t likely do a good job at decanting, what with such a small amount of wine being exposed to air, but it’s a show stopper. Decanter N°2 is 2000 euros.
So, maybe ignore the decanter part and just make it a fun display for colored water.
