This recipe is for use in a bread machine, but those who know how to bake bread can probably adapt it to hand making with no difficulty. Anyway, the recipe makes a 1-1/2 lb loaf of chewy deliciousness, and it makes the house smell fantastic while it’s rising and baking. The recipe is on Busy Family Meals.
