Stefan Buchberger designed the Flatshare Fridge as part of the Electrolux Design Lab competition for 2008. This modular fridge was designed for people who share a space – like a dorm room or apartment. It allows you to keep your part of the fridge all to yourself – so, while you may be able to keep your flatmates from eating your food, I’m sure you all know the pain of trying to get everyone to keep the fridge clean. This way your section stays as clean as you make it – and your food isn’t affected by the ick of other sections 
The fridge concept has a base station and up to four stackable modules. You can take your module with you and hook it up to a new base, meaning you can take your fidge wherever you go!
