The McDonald’s menu holds little allure for those of us who’ve grown up with Big Macs and chicken nuggets, but this cool chart from medicalinsurance.org shows a ton of options you’ve probably never heard of. Some of the items were just a failed flash in the pan, and several are specialties to other countries where McDonald’s has planted its flag. Ordinarily we steer clear of the fast food joint’s health hazards, but next time we’re in South Korea we’re totally getting the Green Tea McFlurry.
