I’ve never liked garlic presses much, or working with garlic. It’s so small and fussy and you never get it all through the press. Lately I’ve been taking a cooking class and I’ve learned to chop garlic really finely, and actually enjoy it (I think the good knife is a part of it).
Anyway, back to the gadget at hand. It’s an electric garlic peeler, which is an odd contraption to be sure. Garlic-It peels and chops your garlic for you:
