How to buy a fridge

Just in case you’re thinking about a really big appliance purchase for Christmas this year, Bon Appetit has a fabulous article on the six questions you need to ask yourself before you buy a fridge:  important things such as your cooking habits, your space availability, and your overall style. The article is available online, and they recommend various models for each category as well.Isn’t this retro fridge cool? It’s almost worth completely redecorating my kitchen for :-)fridgeImage: Bon Appetit

I had to go look up “hanging refrigerators”…never heard of that before! Cool :-)

just as a quick note – the most awesome fridge I ever had was a hanging fridge made by GE in the 50’s. Selling it to a collector almost paid for our kitchen remake (and saved us a fortune in power bills)
