Italian Ravioli Makers with Rolling Pins

I’ve always wanted to try making fresh pasta, but a long time ago my pasta roller ended up getting requisitioned for working with polymer clay…and once you’ve done that, you’re really not supposed to use it for food again.  Maybe I’ll be able to put out something edible with a lower tech system, and manage to keep it from becoming an art tool: an Italian Ravioli Maker with Rolling Pin. Preparing fresh ravioli is incredibly easy and quick with this helpful tool. All you have to do is place a sheet of pasta dough in the form, press desired filling into molds, add a second layer of dough and roll over with the pin. Homemade ravioli is cut and ready to cook.
