While I’m on the topic of Wusthof, I might as well talk about another product they rock at: Kitchen Shears
Why do they rock? Cause they do flippin’ everything! The handle has these little insets to open bottles and jars, the kitchen shears are right and left handed, and are really heavy duty to cut just about anything. You can even take the shears apart so that you can sharpen the blades.
Blades formed from high-carbon stainless steel curve inward so they meet in only one place at any given position and cutting action is smooth and exact. One blade’s serrations prevent slippage.
