Funny that we talked about purple kitchens not too long ago. The two newest colors for Le Creuset’s cookware this spring are cassis and lilac. Hmmm…
Some of the cassis set is shown below. It’s a beautiful deeper purple named after the blackcurrant liqueur that its named for. Lilac, I think most people are familiar with. The two colors go together very nicely for those who might want to mix it up in their new purple kitchen.

I love the new cassis Le Crueset. I am thinking of adding it to my cobalt blue for some deep, meaningful cookware statement! Hahaha! Plus I bet my eggplant parm would look gorgeous in it.
