The Lekue Silicone Steamer is inspired by the classic Chinese bamboo steamer, but obviously made of silicone – which is very easy to care for and hygenic. The lid creates a vacuum, so it creates plenty of heat to steam poultry, meats, vegetables, dumplings and more. It has two compartments and fits over pots from 7 3/4" to 8 1/2" inside diameter.
