Martha Stewart has a helpful (when doesn’t she?) article on outfitting your kitchen when you get married. She’s got lists of the gadgets and gizmos that your new kitchen will need. While I might quibble with some of the choices, overall they’re good lists. I don’t really think that a pizza cutter and mini ice cream scoop need to be on the basics list (a sharp knife or shears and a spoon will do), but everyone has his/her own priorities.
