The Microplane Multi Citrus Tool is a whole bunch of tools in one – a zester / grater, a scorer and a stripper!
The flat face has razor-sharp teeth to finely grate zest. There is one blade for scoring fruit for peeling, and another blade for cutting 2 sizes of zest stripes for garnishes. Fabulous!
