One of my bridal shower gifts was this Mini–Whipper, and I’ve had a chance to use it already today when making a cream-based soup for lunch.
Although it’s perfect for whipping up a frothy drink, It’s also a great shape for many other things. My friend noted how perfect it was for making gravy, since it goes flat against the bottom of the pan. I also really enjoyed the wrist motion of it – it felt really natural and quick.
