Most things were pre-prepped, and there was going to be no turkey. On the way there Dad called and changed his mind and wanted turkey. The advantage of this oven is that I was able to get a 14 lb frozen turkey and cook it in the oven without defrosting it. There is a yahoo group devoted to them. Also check out the morningware version that is the same except for the label and far better customer service.
