I don’t know what compelled me to look up perogy makers (perhaps I’m hungry?!), but that I did. And I cam across this neat gadget – Sara’s Famous Perogy Maker.
After you roll your perogy dough, place filling inside, and roll the dough over the filling, you use this perogy maker to seal the fold and cut the dough into a neat little perogy. That easily!
