When I was little, I used to spend time on the weekends with my mom using our old Tupperware burger press to make a whole series of patties to freeze. It was a little difficult to use though, some of the patties breaking as you tried to unstick them from the plastic mould.
This Silicone Coated Burger Press from Elizabeth Karmel’s Grill Friends has a non-stick coating for easy release. It makes 3/4 lb burgers, so is larger than a traditional press.
