I can’t find any info online other than the totally inadequate stuff on the smartware website. What I’d do, Valarie, is to go to cooking.com or some other large site with a forum and ask around for suggestions.
i’m looking for recipes using the smartware cookware other than those that are in the cookbook that comes with the standard set purchased on tv.
