		<description>My personal favorite Steak Knife Sets are the ones from Global. Global knives are firm in the hands and very strong. Shun santoku are ok but I am more comfortable with Global. They are a bit costly but well worth it.

As long as chef knives are cared for properly they are long lasting.</description>
