Stovetop Potato Baker

When you don’t want to turn on your oven just for baked potatoes, but you can’t stand the texture that they get in the microwave, try the Stovetop Potato Baker.

You like baked potatoes with crisp, crunchy skins, but that won’t happen if you bake them in a microwave, and maybe your regular oven is already in use. So use your stovetop instead! Up to three medium potatoes sit on the base you place above your stove’s gas burner or electric element. Put the top on, and 45 minutes later you’re enjoying fluffy-inside, crunchy-outside, baked potatoes! Non-stick coating. 8″ in diameter.
