Today I was reading some posts at Cooking Gadgets. Arieanna has a post showing the top 10 gifts for bakers. I saw some items that I’d never seen before, including a pan for brownie edge lovers. (By the way, I like the middle.)

btw, i bought a small measuring cup (the one for wet stuff) like that in sweden for slightly over $1. it’s good since it has both cups & dl. so if anyone is near fridhemsplan in stockholm.. ;)

The brownie pan is cool looking. My in-laws like the edges of the brownie, so this pan is good for some people. I just really like the softness of the middle piece. And if they’re fresh and hot, that’s even better! :)

Thanks Karen! I actually like the middle too, but it’s such a fun shape I’d do it just for the novelty of baking it.
