The utiliTEA kettle is something we bought with some wedding money. Ianiv, my husband, is very anal about his tea and his coffee. Particular about how long he steeps his tea or coffee (he times it), the amount of water, and every step of the process from the perfect tea or coffee to start with.
Anyway, I’m ok with that. It means I don’t make my own coffee 
So, our newest gadget for tea and coffee is the utiliTEA kettle – it allows you to control the temperature of the water so you can stop it before it boils – a key thing for perfect coffee & tea.
