If you and your girlfriends are fans of the Twilight Saga by Stephenie Meyer then why not have a Twilight party theme!
Heaps of ideas out there!
- Party Theme
Get inspired by the Twilight books covers. Use lots of red apples, red ribbons, ruffled tulips and chess queen and pawn pieces as your decorations.
- Finding Inspiration
Think about your favorite quotes, places and chapters from the books to inspire ideas for party favors and decorations. Example: It’s rainy in Forks, so use umbrellas and a fog machine to set the mood for the party. (Don’t worry, you’ll find lots of great ideas here to get you started!)
- Not Your Ordinary Vampire Party
Try to remember that Twilight vampires are unique. They do not have fangs and sleep in coffins. Edward Cullen is dazzling! He is handsome and sparkles in the sunlight. Twilight vampires have a romantic quality that is charming and dangerous. Don’t go overboard with traditional vampire horror movie props. Instead use subtle details that true Twilighters will appreciate!
- OME! (Oh My Edward!)
Print out and frame pictures of Edward to place on the tables and *dazzle* your guests. Oops, sorry Team Jacob! Yes, of course you can use pictures of Jacob pictures too.
- Play Dress Up
Invite your guests to wear Twilight Costumes to the party!
Any other ideas you’d care to share? Happy party planning!
