For the bride’s ensemble, you can have what you call a “Spooky Formal:” A black velvet gown with “vamp” sleeves, velvet-and-tulle veil decorated with skull beads, and a sort of Romantic Gothic hairstyle and accessories.
You can decorate the wedding reception venue as you would decorate your house for halloween!
I wonder what the guests would wear? Would you want an all-out costume party for the bridal party and your guests?

I actually got married on Halloween last year. We just did it at the court. But we are planning on having a Halloween wedding sometime in the next 5 years. We are going to decorate in Halloween type stuff and have guests dress up in “tasteful” costumes. Meaning no slutty costumes. I plan to have the bridal party just wear regular dresses in the colors.
