The Internet is full of untapped resources, some good, some bad, some excellent. One source I like when it comes to health issues is the United States’ FDA site. It 
has tons of great information and you can set it up so you get emails sent to you on regular basis about the topics you are interested in.
The other day, I received an email about pain medication safety. The FDA wants people to know about and use their resource, A Guide to Safe Use of Pain Medicine .
This section reviews the different types of medications, the ingredients, how to use or not use them, and more.
I suggest anyone taking pain medications take a look. We can never be too careful when it comes to medication safety.
