Discussion: A panel of health care professionals will discuss IBD issues, including symptoms and diagnosis, nutrition and tips for working with health care providers

Host: Children’s Digestive Health and Nutrition Foundation (CDHNF) with support by Shire plc

In addition to hearing from panelists from Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and Harvard Medical School, you’ll also be able to tune into patient perspectives as three families share their experiences with IBD (ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s disease).

Attendees will have an opportunity to ask questions of the panelists during a 20-minute Q&A at the end of the Webcast.
