Late Living with Pain Blog Carnival

My apologies for the delay in posting this month’s carnival. It turns out that all mail related to it was being thrown into my spam filter and I didn’t get the reminder notice for it either. Thankfully, I was looking for something else when I noticed that there were some blog carnival emails.

Anyway – here it Septembers blog carnival. Some very interesting posts!

fightingfatigue presents » Top Ten Reasons For Pain Medication Use Increasing posted at Fighting Fatigue and  Multiple Pelvic Surgeries Common In Women With Interstitial Cystitis posted at IC Disease.

Rivka with a capital A presents Coffee and Chemo: Chasing the Pain posted at Coffee and Chemo. and in another personal blog, Ioma N’Tora presents Back to the House of Pain posted at Odyssey of an Oddity and a follow up post with  Slip the Pills to Me, Jill. She says. “Some strong language in both posts. This is kind of a follow-up to the first post I sent.”

Personal blogs help us to see how others are living. Missy presents Proms and Migraines Don’t Mix posted at Missy Frye on HubPages, saying, “A migraine memory.” Diana Lee follows with Coping with a Migraine: My Three Step Approach posted at Somebody Heal Me by Diana Lee, saying, “I talk a lot about various general techniques for coping with and medications for treating a migraine attack, but I thought it might be helpful to take my readers through the specifics of what I do when I have an attack. It helps a lot to have a routine to fall back on when the intense symptoms start to set in.”

Grace Young presents Rest, Pacing and Timing posted at Grace R Young OT, saying, “Sorry this is late, hope you can still find room. I think the information is helpful for those of us who live with pain.” Don’t worry Grace – I was even later getting this carnival up!

Health Blogger presents Healing My Chronic Shoulder and Neck Pain Through Diet and Exercise posted at Health and Fitness Blog.

Dean Moyer presents Sciatica Relapse Question posted at The Back Pain Blog, saying, “This is part four in the series on Sciatica and Epidural Injections. In this post we examine the different risks and potential side effects associated with corticosteroid injections for the treatment of back pain and pinched nerves.”

~~~~~
That concludes this edition. If you submitted a post that is not here, then it didn’t fit the subject of Living with Pain – for example, how to code your blog isn’t in that topic, nor is how to top your menstrual period, particularly since that post didn’t even mention menstrual pain.
If you have a blog article for the next edition of living with pain, you can use the carnival submission form. Past posts and future hosts can be found on our blog carnival index page.
