Sometimes it is very difficult to accept life on its terms, however, my stress level decreases when I do that. Stress comes from the flailing to control my circumstances at times. You are entitled to feel down on occasion. You are human, after all. :) I keep thinking of the lyrics of a song: "what a difference a day makes, 24 hours in a day..."
