I’m starting my resolutions early! Here’s what I’ve got on the list so far:
1. Continue with 30 Day Shred and make it a regular “thing.” Like past 30 days.
2. Wean myself off the eggnog. ;)
3. Smile without stressing about making wrinkles. You know– smiling with the eyes, and all that?
4. Reduce knee bulk so they don’t feel like they are knocking together! This will most likely be achieved with all-over toning, but that doesn’t mean I won’t try some super-new creams.
5. Fit into my white jeans by summer. Yes, I have a pair, and I like them, darn it.
6. Find a workout friend.
7. Continue going to the gym.
I know there will be lots more to come!

Dex and I found some Gingerbread eggnog that was absolutely delicious. Besides eggnog being extremely high in calories, it gives me heartburn too.
