One Night Stands Just Got Tougher

Just a few years ago, DNA paternity testing was only available through a special clinic or physician and packed a pricey fee. However, because of scientific advances, individuals desiring a DNA paternity test can get one for use in the comfort of their own home.

The price is, as people can purchase a home testing kit for as little as $20 to $30. Of course, there is the fee for the lab as well in order to get the actual results, which happens in about 5 to 7 days.

Move over Maury Povich, it looks like there’s a new kid on the block that’s going to help in tracking down her baby daddy.

I’m not sure I’d trust DNA in a Box for settling a decision as major as paternity, but hey, who am I to say what’s right.  I would hope I’d never find myself in the position of not knowing who my babies daddy was.
