I went over to Mums this weekend and met up with some old friends which was great. I laughed, I relaxed, I felt a kind of release…then…
I come home, log online and find that my Facebook profile had been “got”, “spammed” whatever you call it….and do you know it through me completely backwards. Just when you think that you are finding your feet – why does life throw you a curve ball!
Maybe it is to test that underlying strength, maybe it is to warn you that one swallow doesn’t make a summer? Maybe it is to show you that the journey through grief will have its ups and downs but when we get it right…..life still holds happiness?
Deb – one of my friends always says to me that these things are not test they are just things that happen in life…the only difference is that before I didn’t notice them rather now they confirm I am alone as there is no one to talk to….I guess she is right
Don’t know about you though I seem to get weaker in coping with these type of probs not stronger?
Anna I am so sorry this happened to you, since Dave’s death last July I have had credit card fraud twice…unbelievable and fortunately caught by me very early and with no complications but it does just send you reeling. I got much more of my tolerance and strength from Dave than I realize and I try daily to regain my own slowly…all starts with confidence I know. This roller coaster just keeps going on it seems….
