Want to ‘look’ different at your wedding reception but do not have the budget to have 2 gowns made? Why not do what my sister did at her own wedding earlier this month.

She had a detachable lace bolero made for the ceremony

What made her gown ‘unique’ as well was the pink and green band she wore around her waist to show the colours of the entourage

Hey….what a fantastic idea!! I sell a lot of custom made and designer replica gowns by working with a designer friend….and I am going to make this suggestion to my brides. This is also a great option for brides getting married in churches that have dress code restrictions, as they can then wear their dream gown that is strapless or a bit more low cut, and just be covered a bit more for the ceremony. And these jackets can be ordered premade for a very reasonable fee too. I am glad I found this site.

Hi Liz. I’m glad you liked it. If you want more of the close up shots of the gown, do let me know and I’d be more than happy to email them to you so your Aunt can have a better look at the dress! :-)

Your sister’s dress (and your sister) is beautiful. I like the idea so much, I’ve saved it. Since my aunt is making my dress, will pass to her tonight. Thank you!
