San Francisco International Airport was surprisingly peaceful and efficient this morning when we dropped off my husband for his flight to London. It seems that most passengers have caught on to the new ban on liquids and gels in carry-on luggage. Some children’s toys are also not allowed on board airplanes:
- Baby teethers with gel or liquid inside
- Any other toys with gel or liquid inside (those plastic drinking glasses with the floaty decorations probably wouldn’t be allowed either, or those magic glitter wands)
Here’s the full list of Transportation Security Administration (TSA) prohibited items. The TSA also has special tips for traveling with children.

Kerri: I love the colors Sassy uses for their toys.
I love those Sassy toys! Sassy makes some of my favorite on-the-go/car toys. Good thing our trip doesn’t involve flying!
