Summertime.
I don’t know if you’ve all figured out what your kids are doing for summer, but a few very enterprising parents in my neighborhood put together summer camps for their kids and hire their favorite school teachers to run them! A few children, one trusted adult, and the entire Nation’s Capital in which to roam. Were I a more organized single mother, with a more flexible schedule, I’d love to sign the King of Everything up for something like that!
Other parents are taking in kids in rotation, so each mother takes off a day a week, and the kids have a rotating play date. Is it worth taking care of five kids a day to have the other four days of the week covered?
Traditional summer camps are wonderful, if expensive. What other, creative ideas have you come up with?

i would so take off a day a week so my damien would be safe and watched over the rest of the week!
and our holidays aren’t nearly as long as your summar break.
