Today is Friday and that means it’s Freaky Friday. If you need to know more about this journal writing challenge please read the First Freaky Friday entry.
While researching online today I came across this news story about another Anne Frank museum exhibition. Personally, I’d be fascinated to see this. Included in the display are journal entries made by Anne. This got me thinking about viewing life through a child’s eye, again.
In light of yesterday’s entry today spend some time writing in your journal about this issue you keep returning to again & again. Instead of addressing the problem from your usual point of view, writing instead as though you are in fact only 14 years old. How do you view the issue now? Is it still relevant? Or is the issue of greater importance to someone of this age? Try to find the voice of yourself at this age. Really try not to listen to the inner critic for this journal writing challenge. You may discover your 14 year old self has some wisdom you have previously overlooked.
I hope you enjoy this personal journal writing challenge. Please feel free to share in the comments section below.
