Deep down, we all know that our lucky charms aren’t really what get us the job or find us the perfect apartment… It’s really our self-confidence that allows us to achieve our dreams. Right. But before we cue up “When You Wish Upon a Star,” let’s get real: believing in yourself is great, but actually having your lucky object with you might really make you perform better than confidence alone in stressful situations.
