I am wishing for

great creativity

for us all, and

a sense of wonder.

I am wishing that we will all be moved by tremendous curiosity about the way things work, and a sense of determination and willingness to find new ways to fix the things that don’t work.

I am wishing that all children would be made to feel welcome, and that old wounds will be healed….

And, suffering really stinks, so it would be a good thing to figure out ways of alleviating that…

yup… I have lots of new year’s wishes….

So, my friends, here’s to life, and love, and joy and of course, here’s to the pleasures to be found in all things yarnie!

Blessings abounding…..

Happy New Year!

Happy New Year everyone!  I hope that everyone has a blessed and happy year.

This is the time of year when folks traditionally make resolutions.  I do try to examine my life and see what areas need improvement.  Self evaluation and reflection are a good thing.

I’ve steered away from making resolutions though.  I guess it’s because they’ve become so cliché and many resolutions aren’t taken very seriously.  I prefer to call it a goal or commitment.

Do you make resolutions, goals, or commitments?

Good for you, Michelle. If we don’t assess ourselves then we sometimes lose perspective and get our priorities out of place.
