Supermodel Kathy Ireland spoke out against pro-choice on the show “Politically Incorrect”, condemning abortions. Ireland has said she was pro-choice for her “entire life”, but when she was 18 she became Christian and started studying her husband’s biology books and medical books. “At the moment of conception, a life starts. And this life has its own unique set of DNA, which contains a blueprint for the whole genetic makeup. The sex is determined. We know there’s a life because it’s growing and changing,” Ireland says.
Despite Ireland’s claim that her opinions are founded on scientific research, we’re not sure we feel that she’s an expert. These days, celebrities dictate a lot more than just what we watch: They tell us how to dress, what exercises to do at the gym, what makeup to wear, and what to eat. But are they really qualified? Tell us what you think in the comments section below.
