Mommy Bloggers In the News

Katie Couric recently made a post about Mommy Bloggers and even mentioned a few of my favorite mommy blogging sites. It isn’t often that a news reporter talks about bloggers, at least it wasn’t about 10 years ago. These days more and more bloggers are being recognized, from TMZ.com to Silicon Valley Mom Bloggers. Her article is titled, “Meet the Parents (who blog).”

Apparently Katie and the CBS news team invited the Mom bloggers since they were in town for the Blogher conference meeting and discovered there was a whole new world out there and that world just happens to be Mom Bloggers. She learned that moms like to gather around their internet connections and blog and talk with other mom bloggers while making money off the sites.
