Welcome to Make Art Monday!
I love so many things really. About a year ago, someone on one of my email lists, for assemblage I think, asked everyone for a list of the ten things they most loved to use in their work. This piece plus several others came in reaction to that list.
For anyone who cares, here’s my list:
1. beads and buttons ~ especially old
2. broken jewelry
3. plain fabrics and papers that I can paint ~ muslin, cheesecloth, watercolor paper
4. photos ~ my own and vintage
5. found stuff
6. computer parts and keys
7. rusted things
8. watch parts
9. skeleton keys
10. books
11. stamps
OK, so I couldn’t stick to just ten. Care to share your own list? Post it here under the comments section
