One Week Later and Taking it in Stride

Well, Meghan is a week old. I was able to take a little time away from the computer and get used to a new schedule. My wife is back to work this morning. She is putting in a full day and tomorrow a half day. She has always been this way. She jumps write back into life in no time. As for me… well….

So thanks all for commenting on the pictures I posted this week. Here are 2 more pictures I wanted to share.

  1. [...] The Stay at Home Dad is becoming more and more common these days but still an interesting breed that stirs up contrevesy from time to time. SAHD stereotypes surface and we find ourselves lumping us all into one big category. But thanks to hlei for staying on top of things for me this week while I played in the snow and took care of our newborn child and pointing me to a survey in an attempt to learn more about who Stay at Home Dads are. [...]

  2. [...] Steve’s not going anywhere. His family at Inside Fatherhood has one more little bundle of love this Valentine’s. Go have a peek at sweet Meghan, their fifth baby, who’s just one week old. To help melt your chocolate heart just a little more, Christine at Our One Heart shares hers and her husband’s wedding vows. Awwww. Anna at Widows Quest is a wonderfully thoughtful daughter who has sent a little Valentine’s gift to her mother. What have you done for your loved ones today? [...]

Congrats on getting back to watching TV all day…I mean whatever it is stay at home parents really do :)

That last picture is awesome. I can’t even get my two kid to smile at the same time. You must be doing something right around there.

I can’t help but comment that right now it seems like your average number of teeth per child is a little low. Must be something in the water.
