Make Art Monday!
I can hardly say the word “poppies” without hearing the voice of the Wicked Witch of the West as she croons, “Something with poison in it, I think. With poison in it, but attractive to the eye—and soothing to the smell! Poppies! Poppies! Poppies!”
Anyway. I took this picture of poppies and other wildflowers in Italy, and decided to try something a little different with it.
Tomorrow for Technique Tuesday, we’ll look at how to add a graphic quality to your photo images.
There were entire fields full of them a few weeks before we got there! They were just a bit past their peak in most areas.
What a picture! The flowers are gorgeous. You got a great shot. Now to see what you will do with it.
LOL!! I always loved the Wizard of Oz, even though the witch scared me silly. And don’t even get me started on the flying monkeys….
