I know this wouldn’t happen as often as it does if I would just stop balancing the baby on my hip when I carry her around.
I woke up very early this morning with a pinched nerve in my neck and today, it hurts just to move, to walk and to nurse. In fact, I can’t even sit here typing for very long.
Please learn something from my pain and be careful how you lift and carry the baby.
