We don’t always feel cute in our yoga pants (hel-LO holiday bloat!), but we’re always grateful that we’re not stuck in the dark ages of fitness gear. Vintage exercise clothing like the kind exhibited in this 1972 “Sear’s Beauty Spa” poster makes modern fitness gear look like a walk in the park. Tight polyester? No, thanks. With footies? Even worse. We wouldn’t even want to sleep in these outfits, let alone hop on that 1970′s exercise bike.
